Becoming a Priority OnDemand Supplier
Priority OnDemand is committed to developing and maintaining an efficient and sustainable supply chain of partners and service providers and finds it essential to the continued success of our business. In our approach to managing the supply chain, Priority OnDemand focuses on several elements that are important in maintaining sustainable and healthy business partnerships. Those elements are effective contract management, efficient purchasing strategies and inventory control management, as well as encouraging our partners and service providers to meet high standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental performance.
To become a supplier for Priority OnDemand, you need to offer enterprise-wide solutions (services or equipment) that meet Priority OnDemand’s needs and specifications and have all necessary licenses and certifications. Ensure your products meet or exceed industry quality standards, including FDA regulations and relevant certifications like ISO 13485 for medical devices.
The Supplier and the Supplier’s sub-contractors shall agree to comply with Priority OnDemand’s Supplier Code of Conduct listed below.
Every purchase order will be governed by the Priority_Purchasing_Terms_and_Conditions

Priority OnDemand Supplier Code of Conduct
- Principle of Legality
The supplier undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Fair Competition
Compete fairly for business without paying bribes, kickbacks, or giving anything of value to secure an improper advantage. Our suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, fair competition, data protection, sanctions laws, and antibribery/anti-corruption laws and regulations. We expect all our suppliers to be committed to conducting their business in fair, open and unrestricted competition and to not involve themselves in any form of illegal, anti-competitive behavior or unethical practices as a means to win or maintain business.
- Ban on Discrimination
The Supplier undertakes not to tolerate any discrimination, for example, on the basis of skin color, ethnic origin, gender, age, nationality, social origin, disability, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, world view, political opinion, and trade union activity.
- Human and Labor Rights
Treat employees fairly, including with respect to wages, working hours and benefits. Maintain and promote fundamental human rights. Suppliers shall adhere to the minimum employment age limit defined by applicable laws or regulations and comply with applicable International Labor Organization standards. In no instance shall a Supplier permit children to perform work that exposes them to undue physical risks that can harm physical, mental or emotional development or improperly interfere with their schooling needs. Respect employees’ right to freedom of association and collective bargaining, consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
- Occupational Health and Safety
Suppliers shall proactively manage health and safety risks to minimize occupational injuries and illnesses. Suppliers must implement management systems and controls that identify hazards and assess and control risk related to their specific industry. Suppliers shall maintain records of work-related accidents, injuries or sicknesses and corrective actions.
- Environment
Suppliers must act in an environmentally conscious way and comply with all laws and regulations regarding the environment in their jurisdiction. All U.S. based Suppliers are required to comply with The Clean Air Act (CAA), a federal law that regulates air emissions from stationary and mobile sources.
- Audit and Monitoring
Suppliers will monitor their own operation and day-to-day management processes and policies as they relate to this Supplier Code. This includes Supplier making reasonable efforts to ensure that their sub-suppliers operate in accordance with this Supplier Code. Priority OnDemand retains the right to monitor Supplier’s compliance to this Code and request information from its Suppliers regarding their compliance with the principles of this Code of Conduct. This may include conducting periodic site visits or audits of Supplier’s facilities and/or operations. If Code violations are reported, an evaluation and investigation may be warranted by Priority OnDemand.
- Termination Rights
If the Supplier fails to comply with these obligations or if a breach is so serious that a continuation of the business relationship becomes unreasonable for Priority OnDemand, Priority OnDemand reserves the right, without prejudice to further rights, to terminate the contractual relationship concerned without notice or to withdraw from the contract concerned.
