From our first ambulance transport operation in Lauderdale County, Alabama, we’ve expanded through strategic acquisitions, De Novo start-ups and securing new services contracts. Today, we’re a leading provider of ambulance transport services across 14 states, operating under 18 respected ambulance brands.

Throughout our company’s history, we have embraced cutting-edge technology and ensured our best-in-class ambulance fleets use innovative safety systems to better serve patients, hospital partners, and customers. For that reason, in June 2020, we made an initial investment in a software development company and began offering its StatCall patient logistics solution to our hospital and healthcare facility customers. We acquired 100 percent ownership in 2021, and today, OnDemand Connect offers an advanced suite of software tools providing a comprehensive view of the patient’s journey, from discharge to arrival, ensuring efficient and timely transport services and transfer of care. Our solutions significantly improve patient care and operational efficiency by optimizing hospital throughput, reducing wait times, and enhancing patient flow.

Recognizing the changing needs in an evolving healthcare landscape, we’ve broadened our services focused on providing comprehensive care. In 2022, we launched OnDemand Visit, delivering both in-home care and on-scene 9-1-1 telehealth services. By leveraging real-time patient status awareness and superior patient engagement protocols, supported by our own in-house team of medical professionals, we safely and comfortably treat non-acute patients in their homes, reducing unnecessary ER visits.

Furthering our vision to provide efficiency in care delivery and improve cost savings, OnDemand Specialty Vehicles was launched in December 2023. Our plant in Mississippi is responsible for creating emergency vehicles for companies in the Priority Ambulance family. Vehicles are built with the latest technologies and tailored solutions to ensure safe and efficient emergency medical transportation.
